Clinical Observations

The majority of SOFUS inputs are represented as FHIR Observation resources. Observations may originate from laboratory systems, bedside monitoring, or clinical documentation.

SOFUS consumes observations as raw clinical events. Temporal aggregation, trend analysis, and feature derivation are handled internally by the service and are not part of the Journl Streamed data contract.
